Orders for 200 units or less normally take us 1-3 business days to roast, package, & case.

Orders that consist of more than 200 units normally take us 5-10 business days to complete.

US Roast operates Mon-Fri, so orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will not enter our production queue until Monday morning.

Yes! If you are a local customer, there will be an option at checkout for "local pickup". Please allow 1-3 business days after ordering for us to complete your order. Once we finish packaging your order, you will receive an email alerting you that your order has been completed & is ready for pickup in the lobby of our roastery.

Transit times range from 1-5 business days depending on destination relative to our facility. Because we require 1-3 business days to roast, package, & fulfill orders under 200 units, orders normally arrive to the shipping destination 2-8 business days after the order is placed.

We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping for all retail customers!

Wholesale customers receive FREE shipping on orders $250 or more. Otherwise, shipping cost will vary based on order size & destination.

No, unfortunately we only ship within the United Sates. If you are a wholesale customer that needs a package sent overseas, please contact us & we will do our best to accommodate.
