Our coffee can be brewed in a regular drip machine, a French press, or by any method that you prefer!
Typically, 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup of water. Adjust to your taste.

The method of brewing you are using determines what grind size you should use.

    • Espresso machine – Fine to very fine (like flour)
    • Drip machine – Medium (like coarse sand)
    • French press – Coarse (like sea salt)
    • Aero Press or pour-over – Medium-fine (like table-salt)

Orders and Shipping

The easiest discount you can receive automatically, is through our subscription service where you receive 10% off your coffee order. Occasionally, we offer special promotions where you get free coffee with equipment purchases.
US Roast currently only ships to the 48 contiguous states.
We ship all orders received by 2 pm C.S.T. on the same day. If we receive your order after 2 pm, we will ship it the next day. If your order is received after 2 pm on Friday, we will ship it that Monday.
Every order you ever make will be recorded in your order history in the Customer Portal.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number attached.
It depends on your shipping method. Our $4.95 shipping fee covers ground shipping and could take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to be received, depending on your address and time of day we receive your order. After we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number attached.

You will need to create an account with US Roast to make changes to your subscription. Creating an account is simple and will only require a name, email address, and password. Once you have created an account, you can start managing your subscription. Find the coffee you'd like to add under the shop tab and begin adding coffee to your subscription.

Your payment information will be saved after you have successfully signed up for the subscription. You will have the option to pre-pay your subscription or have your credit card charged at the same frequency your coffee is delivered. So, if you choose to receive coffee on a weekly basis, you can choose to pre-pay for as many weeks as you would like, or your credit card will be charged weekly.
Yes! You can change what kind of coffee you'd like, how much you'd like, and how often you'd like it at any time. Just sign into your account and click manage subscriptions under your account details.
You can skip orders whenever you would like by accessing the manage subscription tab under your account details. You will never be charged for the orders you choose to skip.
